Booking and Payments
- Booking: Clients can book our services through our website, phone or in-person at our studio.
- Payments: We accept payments via online banking, credit/debit cards and cash. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
Delivery of Services

Photo Delivery: Edited photos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe via digital download or physical delivery.
- Print Orders: Orders for prints, albums, and frames will be processed and delivered as per the agreed schedule.
Client Responsibilities

Permissions: Clients must obtain necessary permissions for photo shoots at specific locations and ensure that all subjects agree to be photographed.
Use of Photos
- Personal Use: Clients are granted a license to use the photos for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Commercial Use:Any commercial use of photos requires prior written consent from RBS Photography.
- Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to use photos taken during your session for our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
Intellectual Property
All photos and content created by RBS Photography are the intellectual property of our studio. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our photos without prior permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality services, RBS Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
