Booking and Payment Policy
Booking
To ensure the best availability and pricing, we recommend booking your photography or videography session at least 1 month in advance. Early bookings allow us to provide you with optimal service and value. Please note that bookings made closer to the event date may incur higher rates due to increased demand.
To confirm your booking date, please check the availability of your desired slot with us. Once availability is confirmed, you will need to make the payment to secure your booking.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through various methods, including cash, Google Pay (GPay), and net banking. Please ensure that you complete the payment process to confirm your booking.
Payment Schedule
- Advance Booking Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This payment secures your date and slot.
- Event Day Payment: An additional 30% of the total amount is due on the day of the event.
- Final Payment: The remaining 20% balance must be paid before the delivery of your final album or video. The final product will only be delivered upon receipt of the full payment.
Confirmation and Delivery
After confirming your booking, our team will contact you within 24 hours to verify the date and availability. Once you have received our quotation and are satisfied with the terms, you should proceed with the payment.
Please be aware that if the 20% balance payment is not made, we will not be able to deliver the final product. Additionally, any products or services not paid for within 6 months from the event date may be forfeited, and RBS Photography will not be responsible for any damages or missing items.
