1. What types of photography services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of photography services including wedding photography, reception coverage, birthday parties, Indian ladies’ functions, business photo shoots, and various events. We also provide passport size photos, photo editing, old photo restoration, frame fitting, album printing, and spot photo printouts within 5 minutes.

2. How can I book a photography session?

To book a session, please contact us through our website or via email at info@rbsphotography.co. We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to ensure availability. Once we confirm the availability of your desired slot, you will need to make a payment to secure your booking.

3. What is your payment policy?

Our payment policy requires a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking. An additional 30% is due on the event day, and the remaining 20% balance must be paid before the delivery of your final album or video. We accept payments via cash, Google Pay (GPay), and net banking.

4. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  • Cancellation More than 1 Month Before Event: Full refund.
  • Cancellation Between 1 Month and 3 Weeks Before Event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation Less Than 3 Weeks Before Event: No refund.
Refunds are processed only through the original payment method. To request a refund, email us at info@rbsphotography.co.

5. How long will it take to receive my final album or video?

Final albums and videos will be delivered within 3 months of the event. If you encounter any issues with the albums or videos after 6 months, RBS Photography will not be responsible for any damages or discrepancies.

6. Do you provide digital copies of the photos?

Yes, we provide digital copies of the photos as part of our service. You will receive high-resolution digital files along with your final album or video.

7. Can I request changes or edits to the photos?

Yes, you can request edits or changes to your photos. We offer photo editing services to ensure your images meet your expectations. Please inform us of any specific requests or changes during the post-event phase.

8. What if I need to reschedule my booking?

If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, depending on availability. Note that rescheduling may be subject to additional fees and adjustments based on our current schedule.

9. What happens if you experience a delay in delivering the final product?

While we strive to deliver all products within the specified time frame, any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you. Please note that any delays caused by customer actions or external factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.
