Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RBS Photographer, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, to ensure smooth operations and fairness, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments, whether made as an advance or in full, are strictly non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, no refund will be provided. This applies to all types of events, including weddings and other photography sessions. Any requests for refunds due to personal changes in plans will not be entertained.

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

If your scheduled event is postponed or canceled due to personal, external, or unforeseen reasons, the payment made will not be refunded. We recommend informing us in advance to discuss possible rescheduling options, but refunds will not be granted.

4. Modifications to the Booking

Any changes to the event date, venue, or other details after payment has been made do not qualify for a refund. We will do our best to accommodate modifications based on availability, but no refund requests will be accepted.

5. Force Majeure & Unexpected Situations

In unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, that lead to cancellation, we request clients to contact RBS Photographer Studio directly via email or phone. While refunds will not be provided, we will discuss possible alternatives to support our clients.
